Bmw e46 EWS 3 problem

I read EWS 3 HW 03 SW 08 (HC11 0D46J) with carprog A11 adapter via K-line (outside the car).
Virify was OK an I saved backup file. File seemed to be OK (e.g. odometer was correct).
I tried to remove stolen key data. I tried put FFFF as key data according carprog manual and I tried other options also. After this car didnt start.

So I wrote my backup (org file) but car still don't start.
Now I have DTC in EWS:
'key number 0 not valid beacouse of wrong changeing code'
And live data shows key random code not OK.

Is it any solution for this? Need to program new keys?
