E36 EWS-ME ISN Synhronization

Hello, i have this situation BMW E36 1.6 ME 1.7.3 with lost key

i read ews hc11e9 and make new key - car cranking but no start. Try to see for errors im ME with inpa - no comunication (ads adapter directly to pin 87 and 88)

after that i read 27c512 in ME and i see that :

ISN in ews - 039B
ISN in ME - 0013

i make new file for ME with ISN 039B but car didn't start again what i missig.
i now that i have to make ME-EWS synhronization with INPA but i have no connection with ME

or
check ring antena and rx/tx module.

scan ews section to see key detected by ews or not

Code 81 is ews i have the some problem i make a new key no start did you solder hc11 good ?

i replace EWS module and write dump's again, check connection EWS-ME again stil nothing ...
Check power supply again and again .... car cranking but stil have ERROR 81 in ME and no start.

I'm stick on the rock this car realy make me crazy - what can be the problem ? i make syncronization EWS - DME many time by "hand" and have no problems...
i replace ME and EWS modules with "new one" from scrapyard ...

may be a have to buy original ADS only for this car ?

INPA not support this DME.
You need GT-1, ADS, K-L tool to diagnostics the 0261.203.660 DME.
