passat2011 1.6 tdi ecu coding info please.

Hi all have a passat 1.6TDI with dead ecu pcr2.1(water in side)
i have used ecu with same part number. 03L 907 425 C but have problems to code this with my avdi.
i have data from second hand ecu (pim mac cs engin class) but cant get ori pin and immo id from instrument cluster.
pin shows 0000 no keys all ffffffff,is this normal or something is wiped out or just dose not show couse immo in ecu is different?
i attached ccm eep from the car and ecu eep from ori ecu.
can some one get me pin cs mac and engine class if possible?

immo is in ccm, read eeprom 95320 and extract CS from there

edit: i read only part about instrument cluster, now i see you also posted ccm dump

Go back and get the bcm from where you got ecu code keys

but then he will also need new ESL, or take it from the same car as ecu and ccm

i think better job just if someone get me ccm dump decrypt and post pin mac cs....

i cant see any where this option.
job done any way.one member give me cs pin and learn with avdi.
