Hi there,
There's a Renault Master, 2004, 3000d, edc16c3 ecu.
The car sometimes starts, sometimes not.
The immo lights continously after ignition, at this time the ecu cannot be read.
I checked the wires between the uch and the ecu, so they're o.k.
I checked the fuse box and the relay pattent as well.
The ecu works, because it makes the ecu relay work.
If the car starts, the ecu can be read and there's a df038 fault code, and a watchdog.
There's a 102 fault code in the uch, and when I delete this fault code, the car sometimes starts, sometimes not.
I took out the ecu in this way I could red it, but inside the car ( when I not take out the ecu ), sometimes I can read it, sometimes not.
I cut the wire at the ecu, I connected the diagnostic to the can L, canH feet of the ecu, in this way when the car not starts it cannot be read.
If it starts it can be read from the obd as well.
Is it an immo or ecu fault, what you think?
