Psg16 warm start solution

Hi, does anybody have tested solution on psg16 to make glowplugs work on warm mototor. Its wery hard to start when engine temperature +5 - +10 c. Plugs not working on this temperature. I heard that it possible to fix in flash...

But still....it should not be any problem starting from 5 to 10 c .
Maybe something elese on the car failed. No fault codes ?

There's Accessible Solutions.

failure must be on point pump (degrees), putting diagnosis and see degrees hot.
I checked those cars and 0 degree cold spark plug boot drive on and not perfect.
also check the seals tend to fail a lot injectors. :)
