Data Smart 3 Immo Full Blocked

I have a problem with Data smart 3+ Immo full.
Sometime ago stop working, its asking for activation.
I download PC_link but I can activate with that softaware. I write to the seller few time but there is no answer.
Is there some other way to activate the machine.

Download the original pclink software from the Smelecom site.
Install as admin, turn off antivirus.
Run and update the pclink program first.

Then you start the activating procedure.
This will take a few minutes.
