what can i read it with ? xprog-m,carprotool, upa, carprog, i have etl tms370 but no 470 adapters and i dont see anything on their list.

I think that You have there 95128

eeprom 3 TJA1042 - 23 02 - D425 NXP

So you saying eeprom 2 to read as 95128 ?

Try 2 two errors left saying configuration error and abs error after clear with scan tool configuration error only
