Bmw F10 help needed.

Read cas 4 with Multiprog .After heated mcu to 40-60 degrees it unsecure.
Read fine , Try to open saved dump on Avdi cas4 , 5m48H. No luck , Avdi say wrong dump.
Any help will do please.

Thank you, Reading in Dflash only gives me FFFFF. car has lost all keys, need to make a new key is it posibile to reload a new Dflash.
