Hello, I like work with miniprog, I removed the dash and I have cluster, 93c66 6 k403f (who is manufacturer?). How can I read this eeprom with miprog?

Hi have one problem. I select ST. I have ready only once the cluster. All readings FFFFFF. Why ?
