I've done several such MB and there was no problem with my solution, this is the exception
There was no need to turn off P2002 only perform filter replacement witch Star Diagnosis
I programmed the original, I did filter replacement with Star diagnosis and programmed ECU my file, because the mechanics cloned Delphi no obfuscating calculator full DPF and therefore reported an error P2002 which was a constant stored in epprom

However, when the physical removal the mechanic damaged temp sensor and therefore an error occurred P2084

Please disable DTC P2084 Custom Cars, or maybe someone else can help

You doing something wrong if dpf is 100% off you will not get dtc codes also esp/abs non work wtf! No sense something is not ok with your soluyution or in writing . Dtc off will not fix your problem

The file works, but not perfectly.
The EGR related DTC's are gone, but now another DTC shows up everytime the ignition is switched off.

I have the .bin files attached where the DTC shows up, this is the EGR OFF .bin after it has been flashed onto my ECU and saved again as .BIN file. So this file should contain the DTC that show up now that the EGR is OFF.

Remove is possible sure.
But for that error needed repair car. Limp mode protect engine.. Check your fuel sensor, and measure pressure at load. Anyway all is possible

I don't understand you. Didn't you found the U1600 DTC in the dump? I read this fault code from the engine control unit by OBD II. The DTC Remover can to delete U1600 DTC from the ECU but unfortunately I have not got this software.

P0401 isnt necessary after closing egr. Tested many times. Keep connector plugged.
