IMMO off Clio 2 Delphi DCM 1.2

Hi can somebody help me, i have changed the steering column with a used one and now the Renault Clio 3 1.5 TDS doesnot start the Immo light is burning red constantly.

Is it possible to Immo off this car ? Do i need a Emulator to Start when immo is off ?
Or what is the best solution for this Problem ? I habe the old steering column if this helps.

The Second thing is i tryed to read the ECU with KESS V2 but i get "Securtity Code not ready" what is the Problem here ?

You Key is original car or is from USED steering column??? Antena ring conector is good conected ??? You car have UCH or Immo box with blue conector????

Read eeprom in steering column, dump here and someone will re-set.
