I have got Citroen Picasso 2003 hdi with faulty BSi.
Can I use 95160 eeprom from old bsi and replace it to the new bsi will it work? What is the other alternative to match ecu and bsi.
Greatly appreciate your help.

Usaully if you replace eeprom all content will go ff and then you need to configure it with lexia and you need pincode to write in bsi.

hello. i think that if you use old eeprom ( if not corrupted) in new bsi all will be ok, otherwise you must search virgin dump for new bsi and program whith lexia

You need adapt old key to new BSI => put BSI VIRGIN go to replacment parts BSI and go step by step to configure new bsi to car.
Adapt old key with old pin. Put ecu virgin and match to BSI, before put ecu virgin print INJECTOR coding and cofigure paramters. start car.
Or immo off ECU and adapt key to BSI all is ok again.

You have 2 different bsi, so if you replace eeprom content you will get nothing. Looks like someone put new bsi in the car before you read it. What is happening with the car?

Mate you have bsi old and bsi second hand. Only change eeprom. All workin perfectly. Not need nothing more.

If used bsi is from same type of car and has both numbers thesame then you can clone eeprom.
If not, virgin used and code in car by lexia.
