DPF off problem A3 Tdi 170 PPD - White smock

Hello everybody

I hope somebody can help me, I explain my problem
I have done a lot of dpf off on tdi 170 ppd with swiftec without any problem.

But on this car, dpf off have been done with swiftec but when the car is cold it's smocks white (a lot off)
I have tested with volta to just for testing and same problem.
In ori the car doesn't smoke.

Befe writing file to car and also after do a dpf reset. Also is strange that you say it is smocking only when cold

Yes I tested to.. write back ori file, code dpf as new or dpf replaced with autocom.
And then write back mod file, but same problem

Yes sure, tested yesterday :-)

Friend, first check:
- Boost condition on idle and write here
- injectors deviation, and post here
- test EGR

Ok will do it no problem
I don't have the possibility now, because it's a customer's car
But very easy with autocom

Select brand model motor etc..
Then go to "diesel" Obd
go to "adjust" and you have a fonction "dpf replaced"

Solution isnt correct, regeneration is still active, and swiftec has deleted 90% of error table

i have same issue on BMR 2007 Passat. (DPF Punctured)
i just put back original file, no smoke, final exhaust tubes and rear bumper is now clean. no DTC.
maybe if post injection maps with 00 may cause even 0,5 l/100Km less. (i suppose).

i will have same problem with passat b6 bmr 170hp, this trouble with bad dpf off file.

Tested with another file done manually with winols
Same issue
Car is smoking in ori file to now..

Injectors have been changed with dealers recall, but car seems to drink water , maybe leakage or faulty cylinder head
Maybe tandem pump..

Don't know. It's not electronical, cars seems to have mecanical problem.
Sent customer to mechanic
