Toyota aygo 2006 lost key

I need help please
Lost Toyota aygo 1kr-Fe engine,imm 89740-0H011
Key type 60 crypt,I using. T300 to programme key
But fails to commincat but read DTC B2795
I have EEPROM reader and new I'D 60 chips
Please I need virgin dump.bin file to start this car..
If there any other solution than this please help

Okay, read immo from steering column, 24c04 EEPROM. Dash needs removed, an it's not the big rectangle box on top of column, the the little one underneath in a little bracket.
We can add your tiris data to the dump. Easiest way...

If you are virginising this immo module and finishing the job by OBD - you need 2 ID70 transponders, one must starting with PG1 33/B3 (master key slot) then any other ID70 as a slave key. This way can be done by OBD with Techstream, Citroen Lexia/Peugeot Planet 2000 also work well if the immo is now virgin.
IUD 3.2 is a good soft for making dump virgin, or someone may send you dump here. I can't right now - on my iPhone sorry.
Immo and ECU need synced by joining OBD pins for 30mins to complete the procedure

You cannot do this job with T300.

I readed the dump i attach with this message, I hope you
will add the following chips to dump then i will start the
car easly with out scanner becouze i have only eeprom reader

with car is this key for this car but this key not start the car
