Mercedes Class A 2001 W168 Start Error

I have Mercedes Class A W168 2001 1.4 petrol in Start Error. I have one original key and i try make a second one. I read 1J69D mcu from immobox and make a new pcf7935 witd FVDI. I put again the imobox in the car and now is always Start Error. In diagnosis have 0 dtcs, but Start Error dont desapear. Any help?

Can anyone do match these files? Read 1D69J from original immobox and 29F200 from another ecu (VDO A166 150 01 79 (2) MSM 1.3).
