Change ECU Suzuki Wagon R 0261208254SR

Car came in with no start, no engine light check at start. I figure broken ECU.
I have sourced same ECU part number. How can i sync the new ecu to the car.

I open the old ecu. No eeprom i can read. All components are covered in gel.

Opcom? Fvdi?
