Read eeprom, 9355093 is 24c04 or 24c08.

That is a GM RDS radio, needs to be VIN matched to vehicle for it to unlock, there is no code. You can edit the VIN in the dump to the vehicle VIN that you're putting it in, but I'm not sure how it is stored. Possibly just the last 6 numbers, but it helps if you have the VIN of what it came out of. I haven't had a chance to look at one from a known VIN yet.

Someone else might chime in on the location and format.

There is a way to disable the lock, but with consequences. Google it.

Edit: Can be programmed to new vehicle with Tech2 also.
