I just got a Nissan Tino dash from the person that tried to read mileage on this via Tacho using this pinout:
341240

However he got gibberish as a result. Checking the TU manuals for this car and one is saying that you have to unsolder the chip, second one says that it can be done ISP via the connections above.
I was checking the possibility to get to the chip, but those needle motors looks so fragile that I wanted to ask here.
Is it possible to do this ISP?
Should I look for oscillator pins to short it?
If not possible via ISP how to disassemble this dash not damaging the motors?

thanks in advance for any input!

Those solder points 100% correct for that dash, but TU may not do it in circuit. Other programmers should have no problems reading as 93C66. Never pull the needles on that dash.

TU may destroy this.. Happens to me once by reading in circuit. Using CP in circuit for that.

Sorry for long time of no reply. TU can access this 93C66, however it has totally wrong algo for dash in miles. I just calculated it on PC, clicked edit on TU and entered what should be where should it be :) Thanks all for the help!
