SMOK or CARPROG

Hi DK!
I'm considering buying one of the tools described in title (original tools not clones)
Want to hear frome experienced members which one is better regarding to its functions and price

they are quite different so no one will be able to tell you what you need.

But carprog prices are a rippoff, and its cheaper to wait a year and buy a 'all updates till now' rather than buy the modules as they are released. Then someone could update their 5 year old carprog or clone to 'all updates till now' and have the same software as you.

Also looking at carprogs latest software their updates are very slow now.

So I would only buy carprog if there was some software that no one else had that I knew I could make my money back and profit within a short time.

Depends on the cars you work on.
I Like the vvdi very much. Good for BMW and Vag.

Yeep.I heard about VVDI it is good investment will put it on my MUST TO BUY tools :-)
but when focused on carprog and smok's UHDS - smok seems to be the winner
