its possible make key by tagkeytool avdi abritus from crafter ezs dump?
I know the tango can do this but I dont have ;(

Not the way by dump that tango does.
You will need to read the ecu, get pin and cs. With programmer.
Prepare key, with cs. And then learn with pin.
