Anyone else having trouble with tachosoft 17.3?

Hi guys i downloaded tacho soft 17.3 from this website a while ago. and it worked 100% flawless. my laptop crapped itself and i had to reinstall it. now its telling me the key is locked to a different machine..... this software is awesome can anyone help me?

Why not use 18.1 tachosoft?

i tried the tachosoft 18.1 but alot of the calculations are way off....the 17.3 version was much better.......
