Alfa romeo mito IMMO OFF

Hi friends.:) My alfa romeo MIto has been crashed. Now after repairing it. I have fault U0427 ( alarm system control module) and It is permanant and i cant delete it and start a car. Am I right, that whis is Immo fault and immo is :beheaded:blocking fuel to engine? if i'm right?, how i can disable immo? buy emulator, read ecu or etc.
