Can anyone help me with immo off dump from ECU?

Problem is: Engine on higher 1/s (about 3000 / s ) go into safe mode, moment after the engine started to choke. Mechanics check signal going to the injectors and find anomaly on fourth injector - signal was terribly disturbed. Propaby the ECU died. I tried to change it to another one, by copying flash and 93c56. But after that car have an error with immo :/ And nobody answered me what to do with this, so i will try with immo off. Or maybe you have some solution?
