i try to reset it but can't communicate it show directly ecu disconnected i will try on this file and reply

the file didnt work my problem is i loss the smart key box for a rav4 2013 by mistake and i bought a used box same number so pls i need help to reset it i habe really a bog problem

you will need virgin files not reset.
