Language change in Audi A6 2008MY

Hi. I would like to ask you, masters, how to recode navi and menu in 2008y Audi A6. I have this one and would like to changne it to another, but have no idea how to do this. Which module, what epprom/flash and where can I buy binary for this language to reprogram. Or such CD-DVD.. Please help me . Best Regards,

Friends, I've checked sw and this is factory (P0022) High MMI. Is it possible to read another MMI sw from second car? in example from eeprom, flash or hdd if fited? It is very interesting to find solution if service dvd is not available... Please help somone in this topic, because Sat/Navi section seems to be death...
