I wrote original dump and try 1143 but it is wrong code.did you have some other dump with known code.thanks

Thanks for fast response, shooting, but this code is denied. I've tried several dumps from this forum, but without success. It seems my radio checks code with one saved somewhere else.

No, I think you may have another problem.., I've seen this before with badly soldered chips.
Check IC again, look at the contacts and clean all Flux from legs..

Problem was in writing dump (PicKit2) . After several attempts it works. Thanks one more.
