Here you have 6K0906032AA file with values/maps from 180hp Seat Cupra R
390678

This file requires 314cc injectors (you can find them easy, most VW, Skoda, Audi 180hp 1.8T has those injectors)
Extra features on this file:
- EVAP OFF
- Left foot braking ON
- rear O2 OFF

With 2,75mm downpipe and 2,5mm free flow exhaust we did 195HP

your popoff is not right mounted, vw-audi-seat-skoda 1.8 turbo have pop off stock not right mounted.
popoff is only one safety valve and the spring must hold the effective turbo pressure for engine running, when the pressure is too high for one cut off after acceleration the pressure rises up, cancel the force of spring and allow to the unnecessary pressure to flow off to the turbo inlet.

you popoff position receive effective turbo pressure behind the spring and it cant do the work for which it is designed

A = to the turbo inlet (recycle, after mass air flow)

B = from turbo pressure

C = vacuum command

I do not want to be rude but I do not care anymore.
VW, Audi engineers decided to mount it stock "the wrong way" so let's keep it that way because it is extremely hard to explain such a thing to a customer.
I did try but customers mostly think "internet / pictures etc" is the god.

On the other hand I never had any issues with the 1.8T DV.
Even more - I used to delete eDV and install 1.8T DV on TFSI and TSI engines with K04 chargers.
From what I experienced it flows more so the response is quick and it last much longer than eDV.

the question is simple : if the turbo pressure dont go to B the pop off is not right mounted!

p.s. if you install one pop off free vent you have only turbo pressure and vacuum and you can not connect in a wrong way....at this point...why you connect recycle pop off in other mode?

i think you will find your response without problem

How do you explain why such a big car makers VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda end even Porsche did it the wrong way?

carmageddon

yes, because the effective pressure is very low and dont need any pop off intervention for safe
