Are you looking at the right channel, check $kysportsboxoffice it should be showing the wrestling repeats at the moment, if your getting a green $ then unfortunately it looks like your provider doesn't do ppv.

Forgot to say, if your using an older channel list then SBO can be found on this frequency 12148 H 27500
