4mb-10mb vm upgrade?

anyone know when this is happening in the licolnshire area eg grimsby. my net is running like a bag of pants atm so perhaps they are tinkering. there is no info here

rubbish site and its all just balls as i got told my connection would of gone upto 10mb a week ago and it still hasnt
dont mind though as that box is just for my ps3
ive got a 20mb on my comp (wink wink wink)
