hi guys ive got a 2010 ix35 in

egr fault P0404 egr circuit malfunction

i got a few of my mates to try their swiftec soloutions on it
each ones files were different
so tried all 3
but the car wont rev over 3000rpm and its in limp mode

if he starts the car and then goes into the ecu with snap on and reads codes....nothing. BUT if he does a clear codes of the ecu the car will then allow him to full revs !! until he turns it off and restarts then its back to 3000rpm

has anyone had this before ?

and if so did you fix it and how did you fix it

any help here greatly appreciated

thanks

I think they used KTAG and readed like a 1.6Crd, ecu should be propably that same. I don't have any other idea don;t see nowhere supporting for 1.7 :-)
but that's impressive 1.7 with Bosch... and with edc17, almost like old 'good' mercedes

I found it ;) transdata will cover this engine in ix35, its on the vechicle list from 2013 version.
CustomCars can you please confirm it as my ktag doesnt co-operate with transdata.
