Hello

I have a Volvo s60 2003 with srs fault in dash and D004
Does somebody know common fault of these dashboards?

its also fitted in V70/XC70/S80

yes but first send your file

but flash never not damaged

I think that problem is on the PCB, near hc912, should resolder all and will be ok

I recently had the same situation - volvo s60 airbag fault on dash and I didn't thinking about removing anything before checking errors with diag. Diag said that problem is in one crash sensor and airbag lamp in dash. I fixed problem with sensor and everything was ok. So, I think that you don't have problem with dashboard and is better to check airbag errors. Playing with dash can result with a lot of new problems.
