does anyone know how to copy xbox 360 games and what does flashing iso ect mean?

Check the forum also flashing the xbox is putting custom firmware onto the xbox 360 drive so it enables it to play backups

Updated ABGX and added xbins program. This can be used to get all latest tools, firmwares and guides. Any problems, post in the forums.

If I purchase the Xecuter Connectivity Kit v3 Pro, can I flash via the USB, or is the SATA support needed in addition to the USB support.

I have a laptop so I don't have SATA. Can I just use the USB support option?

As far as i am aware, you MUST have the sata connection also.
