DEF on rb8 2006year

Can someone repair audi a4 b8 DEF
Other service tries with some tool to change mileage and now DEF and car not start. Ecu is edc16
I tried re-calibrate after this happens with ori digiproig but still same

Look at cee team. I haven't got it but been looking at it. It says it can sort your problems. Some one here may have it.
