peugeot 307-2005 problem dash

hy all
i have a big problem with my peugeot 307
i tried correct mileage in dash and bsi but after correct mileage all lamps burn in tach
i change with nyo alls working (km show correct)but all lamps burn in tacho

i tried with digiprog(same )

please help me
original km is 346962
i want 164233

Hi car wont start? Eeprom unsolder? EEP 95020 BSI 95160?BSI Back site pin read or undolder high bord?. In Nyo4 in BSI zero or good milage?

yes car start.eeprom in dash 95020 and bsi 95128.
i tried with value in dash and 0 in bsi and taho sow 0 in dash.
i dont now ware ist the problem
