2016 Toyota Camry Cluster two different EEPROM chips. Which one to use for the ODO?

i have a 2016 Camry and need to change the miles on it. Opened the Cluster and this is what i found...

SE706 and C66-958 (pictures attached)

Could someone help me with some info? which one is the EEPROM i need to write and what should i use to do it so.

Here is ur pic marked connections for read and write incircut, if u have upa r any other eeprom programmer u can use this connection in low voltage
