Can anyone share a pinout for Jtag for RNS310 with GL512N BGA?
I found this on forum (i forgot who posted), but i how can i connect Jlink on this pinout?

Seems i have some problems reading this BGA.
With autoselection of flash i got this:

BTW: Code for this one (GL512_Full.zip) is 9516. Is it locked too?

Yes, you're right, the 507 sector has changed. And there is one problem - I can't read a full dump now. It isn't locked now.

Hi,

i can't help you on J-Flash error, maybe bad connection...?
Sector 507 will never ever change if the other two sectors are erased, so it must have been written by yourself (bad idea btw, sector 507 contains much more than code).
If unit is running and you have valid code, fine. For full analysis i need unmodified dumps from same unit in various states (in best case: wrong code entered different times, locked, after erasing sectors and reboot but before code entered, after valid code entered...). But it looks like i will never get my hands on these. No problem, it's hobby, not business :)

Connection good - I read the full flash in a locked state and didn't desolder the wires.
I can read the sectors separately. I do not know what the problem is. :(
Yunit is running now, all ok.

Hi all,

I can't dump the memory of a RNS310 radio. Can someone help me?
I have been able to connect to OMAP5940 BGA through JTAG using JFlash.
But when I try to read I get the following errors:
Reading target memory (0x00000507 - 0x00000560) ...
- Connecting ...
- Connected successfully
- Start of determining flash info (Bank 0 @ 0x00000000)
- ERROR: Could not find CFI compliant flash device
- ERROR: Error while determining flash info (Bank 0 @ 0x00000000)
- ERROR: Failed to read back target memory
