Have a look at this last page and check power on EPS:

The immo line works this way: key+UCH+engine ECU+EPS , but UCH checks immo code in EPS again only after the battery has been disconnected. It means when the car is new, all the codes works together and you can change EPS without disconneting battery, then immo works anyway.
So in case somebody changes EPS for used one WITHOUT immo clear it still works as long as battery is NOT disconnected, but once this happens UCH checks immo code into EPS again: if EPS has been mounted without immo clear, car won't start until you do EPS virgin again.
You asked us to clear your dump and i did it, your own dump is immo clear and all DTC clear. If car used to start prior you read and write dump it should be that you did something wrong or EPS ECU is definitly dead.
