However, there's something wrong... I've tried several keys and can't get them synced togheter. I can only sync one remote. When I sync the other, the first one becames un-synced... and vice-versa.

Any ideas, please?

i think that it's a rolling code, once one of the TWIN remote is married with immo it has the good code for next operation while her sister don't have it
