Bosch 30021 ignition coil transistor equivalent

Can BTS2140 transistor replace Bosch 30021 ignition coil transistor, as both used in Hyundai coils.

Bosch like to use infineon parts. You must try... it may be the same transistor.
If You have both on the table it's easy to compare with multimeter.
