MMI 3G Audi A6 2009 component protection.

I`d change two broken modules in car, first module in glove box and second in the trunk ( that`s MMI 3g Basic ).
My question is: can i remove CP by changing eeproms from broken modules to new one. I can write sgo files to modules but i`m not sure it`s going to make modules like virgin.
Any help?.
