Alfa Romeo MED7.1.1 and removing DTC

Hello!

I have Alfa Romeo GT with MED7.1.1 and i try take control of engine with my MegaSquirt3 ECU.
Try explain: i just take coil and fuel control to my MegaSquirt. All work fine, but my ECU get crazy little :D! It warn about all WBO2 sensors, coils and injectors. Stock Bosch ECU and MegaSquirt work together :)

If i understand, i need to remove some DTC to work without warnings.
Can anybody help with that?

Thank you for question. I didnt do that. I just change JTS head on my car to TwinSpark head with usual injectors :D!
