Hello guys!

I'm having some problems when I tried to install Calter 3.6.4

In this case:

I installed Calterm and open it I got this message: Calterm must exit due to Unhandled Exception.

I another case: I got message:

Calterm III has detected that required component is not installed on your PC

Users with a WWID
Check that your Calterm III request is completed in Software Shelf (softwareshelf.cummins.com).
If your Calterm III request is not completed, contact IT Help Desk to resolve.
If your Calterm III request is completed, restart Calterm III.

Users without a WWID
Contact your Cummins Point of Contact.

I'v tried many time to removed and install Calterm but not working.

Please help me!

you need to put InstAs.exe in your Calterm folder and run it or look in your Calterm folder and find folder TLS and run the Tool Licensing Service Installer.

I did already but it still not working :(

i've tried many time and on 5 another laptop but have same trouble: Unhandled Exception Error

ok, start with a fresh install, make sure that your windows xp or 7 is up to date, right click the program and choose to install as administrator, follow the instructions on the read me file, either put the InstAs.exe in your Calterm folder and run it or look in your Calterm folder and find folder TLS and run the Tool Licensing Service Installer, don't do both..it is either or.
