W246 problems

Hello, I have a problem with a W246 from 2012

I have used the digiprog to change mileage on the dashboard and refit it with a China Canfilter in the car. The dash works and there were no problems.

But now at the emissions test it shows an error: No communication to dashboard

How can I fix it? Is it just the cheap filter or another problem? Is the Elprosys filter recommended? Just the normal dash filter or also the OBD2 filter?
