Chinese galletto rework

I have a galletto v54 Chinese clone and I have rework all components with quality components, but the k-line won't work again. In some cases it work example in opel corsa B, mercedes w203 work OK but in soem other car wont work example fiat panda 1.1 4AF, fiat doblo 6JF and some other car. Please any help for this problem.

Sometimes not enaugh change components to new one better quality, because are mistake on pcb
