If you start up navi-x Look for ussrlists, scroll to Gazzuk you will see what i been uploading lately.

anyone know how to take the contents of this and get it added to an addon or create an addon, could anything be done with the plx files.

The plx files can be added into an addon no problems. If you have a google you will see that MorePower now has his own addon. This addon directly reads the Navix plx files, so when Navix is updated so is the addon :)
