MBC270CDI EDC15C6 P1189 delete

Can someone help with a DTC delete?
The code is P1189 - Inlet Port Shutoff.

The flap motor is damaged, so I want to remove the swirl flaps and not have the DTC or Limp.

The file is below, W203 2003 MB C270CDI Automatic wagon.

here you have swirl flaps off and dtc off,disconnect the plugs from M55 actuator !
