launch x431 "open fail"

hi i have launch x431 (clone) when i open chana v15.00 it runs and then just stop with error " open fail"
other cars is working fine any idea ?
i tried older soft and 2 other newer updates , chana keeps failing

i tried old and newest soft all fail with chana and JAC , but i am more concerned about chana
