Hi need info on mileage bmw 2013 f30

Hi guys is it safe do this car for mileage.
bmw 3 f30 2013.
i scan this car with AVDI it shows km in cas,ecu,speedo.
i this same like 2010 read cas and clocks?
and what tool can mod the mileage in cas?and clocks?
never don yet so little info would be grate.

BMW F30 have km stored in FEM and dash (eprom 160dwq) put CAN filter in fem remove eprom from dash and everything you can with AVDI (service counter,dsc,ldm....)

Why CAN filter not posible to change km in FEM.
And what if not fit CAN filter will mileage jump back or not?

yes without can filter mileage wil jump back.
if im not mistaking this car have telematic installed.
