Santa f? 2010 with start button

Hello mates ,
I received a client with fully dead car nothing on dash just indicates opened doors

Client said that the car had a message in the dash says steering wheel locked ..key not detected and he took it to a dealer and the dealer killed it all

Any ideas what or where should I start ??
The start button is always lighted up

The dash now is working it says steering wheel locked and key not detected ...whatever when I press the start button simultaneously it says push start button again like it will start ... but the dash goes off ...

Should I do anything with bcm or pdm (immo) what eeprom are inside ... the ecu has infineon 1766 ...

Any advice ?

I opened the pdm (immobilizer) all the eeprom are black :) it looks like this one

In my area most of this problems is with steering lock , try to knock on it while you push start , if car not start remove it and try to open it then spin motor with your finger .
Did you diag the car ?

Did u scan the car with tool ? Any fault found?

No I didn't I just tried to read immo and pin but it says ignition is off ... I will try scan with fvdi but I will not be able if ignition is always of

You can scan bcm and pic without ignition but i don't think fvdi will help u.

Let's asume I clear all dtc what should I do after I mean I already put new steering wheel lock and it's the same can I do virginizeing and how ? In immobilizer or ecu or bom ? Or nothing above

If u install a new steering lock just add your keys .

I cannot I am not able to connect ..it ask me to switch ignition on and I am unable to switch on ..it always on dash steering wheel lock and key not detected

yanked the wheel back and forth rather hard and try to start the car
