How to read Golf 6 MM with 9S12XHZ? 1M80F

I can read this by Can-bus and X-tool (km and Eeprom)

BUT how to read this MCU on bench?
I get Boolaoader fault from Xprog every time I try....

I have try both of this pinout but no one is working...

Please do someone know how to read this?
I use this xprog box clone and software 5.45

What program can read sec pin from this dash?

I still get this problem..
I have try 2 diffrent xprog 5,45 and 5,51 but get bdm problem.
I have try with 4 cabel as xprog show and with pinout pictures here abowe.

I can't understand why this mcu is so hard to read...

I have try ti lift reset pin and bkgd pin from pcb but no diffrence.

I did lift pin for BKGD and connect directly on pin. No diffrence.


Do I need to desolder 5mhz component?
As I understan I shuld change from 4 to 5mhz in xprog program?

Digi clone can do this dash OBD...
But some MM5 dash whit nec+24c64 is very hard to do..........

Over can-bus I can do it with Xtool, read and write Eeprom .

But I whant to do it by direct connection on pcb.

This is not NEC!

I have dash here with nec and 24c64 and on this dash I need to prepair Eeprom first and then solder back on pcb and connect by OBD to read sec code.
(When I work with dash on bench, if its in car xprog reads sec code from comfortmodul and then I can read dash directly. No solder)
